A total of 20 buildings consisting of 30 floors are located in three unique and particularly important areas within the project.
Apartments
Remas City apartments are located in three rare areas of special & importance in the project. It consists of (20) buildings and includes (30) floors. The apartments consist of a hall and two bedrooms with a private room for guests, with full services.
The apartments are designed in such a way that the balcony on any side looks at the beautiful scenery within the project and the view of Pyrmam Mountain or the city of Erbil. In the apartments area, it provides privacy for residents by providing wide open green spaces. Under the building is a swimming pool and two gymnasiums, one for women and the other for men, except for the sports area in green place.
